Tastes like watered down Alcohol, to me. The Red Bull guys came to my school today, and were passing out free cans of it. First time I've tried it, and I'm not sure if I like the taste. It's certainly not a bad taste, but it's certainly not the most elequent drink I've had. I did though, dispite my original skeptism, notice myself a bit more perky, and a bit more attentive. Although, after a while, I felt sickeningly weak and hungry. Methinks you need to continualy drink it to continue with the spurt of energy, which sucks since the stuff costs WAY too much.

Jolt was a waste of time.

Next, I need to try Bawls. They don't sell it around here, though. The PC Farm down town sells it to parties, so maybe I'll try it at the Minnessassian party this summer?

What is your opinion on Red Bull, and other sports drinks?

I like Black Bull.

Red Bull has always been pretty good to me, the taste reminded me of melted fuzz war heads, that candy a while back. Bawls is alright, it definately tastes a lot better and goes down alot easier.

I love Red Bull. I find the taste to be quite delicious. But I try not to drink the stuff unless I'm actually going to be putting the "buzz" to good use, such as a Quake3 marathon.

Bawls will have different effects on different people. At one of the NOLGA LAN parties a while back, someone passed out from drinking too many bottles of Bawls. He had a lot and the caffeine took him out. Some people it probably doesn't do anything to, and some people it probably just has a placebo effect. But I think the taste is really quite good.

Bawls, Red Bull, Amp, all make me sleepy. i am immune to caffine or something. I used to have a red bull or two a day at work, I got it free. I mostly drink Red Bull, but guilty pleasure is Amp. *drools* Bawls is good, it doesn't keep me awake though, just gives me a headache.
(or maybe that was from 9 hours straight at the LAN center...It was my first time at a LAN center )

I've tried atleast over 50 energy drinks. My personal favorites are Amp, Venom, and Red Bull. I don't like Red Devil, it taste like melted swedish fish.

Venom makes your throat numb. Its pretty funky... supposedly it has bee venom in it. I wonder if that means that people who are allergic to bee stings shouldnt drink it?

I dont really have a favorite energy drink... I like them all pretty equally. I dont drink caffeinated soda ever, and I only drink energy drinks on special occaisions (LAN parties, etc).

Snapple Elements are awesome. I use them all the time for my sports. As for the suicide drinks, i prefer Amp. Has the best flavor, i think. I've never used them for sports, though, so i can't comment on that.

Jolt- Bought an "Electric Blue" because I like blue... and the taste wasn't what I thought it'd be. Instead of thirst making raspberries, it was like melted freezies. A nice amount of caffiene which got me all the way to my house without turning into a puddle. Canada DOES get heatwaves, and damn are they hot.

Er-ehm... About the bawls though. Love it, dear god! 3 ch- *catches himself* Ack... Anyways, it has an amazing caffeiene amount, and the elan games place I goto (www.elangames.com ) sells it. Pretty niftey for all nighters and such. For me, it dosen't really make me hyper, it just keeps me awake and I get the "feeling" of a game more often. You know when everything but the game blanks out, and all you hear is the *bang splunch AAAAAaahh...* of UT2k4? Yeah. Back on topic then...


Red Bull- Haven't tried it. Heard it sux k'thx.
