Think while it's still legal.

Sturgeon are real. Sea sturgeon can be freaking huge.
2005-08-07, 7:23 PM #14
Camel spiders are real... but that picture is just deceiving.
I think it's two of them in that picture, and they arn't really as big as it looks.

That picture is disgusting, but camel spiders are merely a hoax.

No they aren't. http://www.snopes.com/photos/bugs/camelspider.asp

??? Duh. Everyone knows that. Heck, a river by my house carries them with sizes of around 8ft.

I gathered that. Soo...did this particular mole have a sea anemone surgically attached to his face or do all moles look like this and I just didn't notice?
2005-08-07, 9:33 PM #26
No, no, you don't get it. It's a mole, I mean.

Stupidly close?
2005-08-07, 10:18 PM #30
I think the diver only looks close because of the angle of the picture.
Besides, its not like the jellyfish is going to jump at him or anything

The "Hammerhead Lizard" thing is a hoax, it's a model of Diplocaulus, a prehistoric amphibian.

And the star-nosed mole is frikkin amazing, it's got specialised feelers on its nose that are so sensitive it has some of the fastest reaction times of any creature on this planet. Read the article here: http://exploration.vanderbilt.edu/news/news_mole.htm
and there's a whole bunch of short vids here: http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v433/n7025/suppinfo/nature03250.html

Eating is the business of caterpillars. The business of moths is making caterpillars.

I would bet...that mole is from Japan.
