post you house using an image from google earth, nasa's world wind, or some other virtual globe program with satellite images.

also, with google earth have a look at the hi-res terrain at "37 degrees, 8 minutes and 29.51 seconds west and 116 degrees, 03 minutes, 17.73 seconds."

nasty looking craters.

Are you sure you let google earth load all the way? It looks a mite blurry.

actualy, the only place that i have found that has a higher res image of my city probably would have a too high price for google. so we canberrans have to make do with this. seeing as the higher one (the free version with a watermark) has a distance per pixel about half the distance of googles, it is not all that greater.

yeah, MN is very poorly mapped on every satilte program I've ever seen. Duluth is a major city, and they usually only have downtown mapped.

Google maps mysteriously switches to a much lower-res mapping around where my house is. I zoomed out a bit to show this oddity.
