Hoard = to hoard, verb, = treasure.

Well, since it was a question written in text I took it as a definition thing, and so immediately voted treasure.
But when I hear the word, I think of "For the Horde!" as I have ever since playing Warcraft 3.

I don't think of treasure when I hear the word "hoard," I think of hoarding stupid little things that are more or less worthless. But that's the result of too many inside jokes addling my mind.
