http://www.gofastvideo.com/gallery/item/predownload/91/1/free-racing-videos/driftworks-1.html

Check out that movie. Its a collection of drifts in a lot of european and asian races. Notice the tightness of the race track and how horse power is insignificant. Hopefully, this clip will shed some light to those who think driving in Ovals is tremedously skillfull and exciting.

And notice how you need to "turn".

And notice how much futurepost there is!
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

I like to PUT empahasis on all the wrong WORDS by capitalizing them.
Think while it's still legal.

As if the internet needed yet another anti-nascar thread. At least if you're going to try to use a video as evidence, make sure people are going to care enough to download it at the horrible kb/sec rates.

I emphasized the right word. You don't even know which one I was trying to emphasize in the first place.

I must admit that this thread is a bit confusing when read out of order.

driving in ovals on a track that is smooth and flat as newly pressed silk pj's is skilless.
driving in ovals on a track that is smooth and flat as newly pressed silk pj's at 170mph wouldn't be too hard to get used to (i drive at 100mph on a daily basis in a 2004 civic).
driving in ovals on a track that is smooth and flat as newly pressed silk pj's at 170mph for 2 hours would be exhausting (i know i couldn't do it) but it would still be fairly skilless.
driving in ovals on a track that is smooth and flat as newly pressed silk pj's at 170mph for 2 hours with 30 other (i won't make stereotypical insults here) would be exhausting and require some skill but wouldn't be too too difficult.
