it's alot like episode I racer, you get a basic chassis, have the ability to get different ones, and just add weapons, better equipment, etc. depending how far u are in the pilot tier

Kioet' Csuhen on Starsider. had to cancel due to me not being able to acquire broadband in my area.

2) Vader is ususally found on Naboo, in the Emperor's retreat. I've also run into him on Imperial raids. Dunno about the kissing thing though.

I expect if you do ANY emote towards Vader, he would kill you. Most stormtroopers will aggro if you /slap them (Oh the HOURS spent in Bestine telling newbies to /slap stormies)
