Ok Im like wicked tired but I can't fall asleep.. been trying since 11 last night.

Anyways I think about crazy things when I try to sleep..

It would suck to have a babel fish. It would be like watching a foriegn movie with horrible dubbing.

That is all.

A babel fish would rock, no more problems with understanding people.

I have sleep problems too, I fall asleep at around 3 AM and then wake up tired at 9, which is earlier than I set the alarm clock, again on my own again

That's the problem, you're thinking too much. You don't fall asleep right away, so you let your mind wonder about things and that's what keeps you awake. I used to do the same thing, and still do from time to time. The trick is not to think about complicated stuff; think about how comfortable you are, or just how tired you are.

There used to be a time when, after waking up in the morning, I would try to remember how long it took me to fall asleep, because it would sometimes range between half an hour to an hour. Now, I no longer look back on the previous night and think about how long it actually took me to fall asleep. I usually fall asleep right away now, and that's been pretty constant.
