Yupyup, I have finally installed and configured (with a bit of help from MZZT on aggarvating stuff) a brand-spanking new forum for NeSI!

(And for those curious, it uses http://www.simplemachines.org/ forums, which are actually DAMN NICE forums, and beat the pants off of PHPBB.)
