So, the pre-event situation. A friend of mine is coming into town. 2/3 of my roommates are going home for Labor Day. Whoo, party, right?

Not when 98% of the town leaves for the weekend.

So, I've got one friend committed to coming at 6:00 yesterday. At 4:00, he was the only other person coming. It was looking like it may just not be that interesting. Well, then, it's up to me to make it interesting for myself.

Now, I was handling my seven Miller Lights just fine (spread over a nice and long 2.5 hours), and then we break out the Captain Morgan. Keep in mind that this was the first time in a year (literally) that I had taken a shot. So I break myself in, using ever-decreasing intervals of time between shots - 45, 30, 20, 15. Why? Because I'm an idiot, that's why.

So the Morgan and I, we don't get along. The Captain comes back up for another visit, and then I pass out for a few hours. Wake up, and there's one of my other friends and two girls who I do not know, but are sitting with my roommate. I shock them all by getting up and fetching a Pepsi. We then proceed to go with a few rounds of circle of death (I eventually, after eating some pizza rolls, fetch myself another beer), and then move onto drunken truth or dare. Long story short, one of my (male) friends runs up and down the block in the buff, we get one of the others to stand in the middle of the street in his underwear and sing, "The Song that Never Ends," I take a body shot (of water - and good thing, as I dropped the shot :o) off my female friend, and we almost get the girls down to their undies. Almost. :(

So, yes. First even slight representation of a party at my place. We started at 6:00, and ended at 6:00.

My weekend was nice. How was yours?

It's sunday. There are two more weekend days that await!

That's what God always says; "It's my day! DRINK UP!"

Wolfy, you hang out with stupid girls if it's difficult to get them just to their undies. WTF is this dignity crap? Guys get naked in minutes, even when chicks aren't around. No dignity required. Getting naked shouldn't be such a big deal to people, because it's a false sense of losing dignity.

Right on, Kirby.

How could seeing someone's equipment lower your dignity? I see mine every day. :D

Yesternight was a first visit to a "club." I was a "wallflower" (as my friend puts it) the entire night. I don't like dancing. I couldn't drink because I was the DD and SDPD was ALL OVER the place. The place was seriously crowded. I could stand in one spot and have at least five people people be in contact with me. I'm not a club person. I didn't like it. Bars yes, clubs no.

Maaan, don't even get me started on last night...

EDIT: Forgot to mention the 8 kegs of Buzz Beer. Which I heard had marijuana in it, but I couldn't confirm that in my drunkeness.

I went to this HUUUGE party that was setup by the Hells Angels. Live bands, absolutely AMAZING motocross freestyles (any trick you can name, done) and a nice wet t-shirt contest. Lets just say, I saw my fair share of the upper female atonomy lastnight. Best party I've been to. Can't WAIT till next years.

Fighting with my older brother, trying to steal back my floppy drive from him. He took it right out of my comp.

Yeah. I also know somebody who owns and uses a telegram on a regular basis. However, I haven't a clue who they could be talking to.

Friday: Girlfriend's parents went to their country place. She didn't, as she had to be in town today on Sunday. Uhhh... I went over, and suffice to say I took the last bus home at 1:15. :o

Saturday: Good-bye party for a study-mate. She had designated the theme as "warpaint" and a B.Y.O.B. occasion. Compile a CD as a present. Bike on over. Paint face white with green diagonal stripes across face and reddish patches around eyes. Solve riddles with Sicilians. 3 beers, 1 glass of a horrible concoction (blood-orange Jaffa + Baccardi + Pina Colada), a glass o' Sicilian red. Bike home around 1 am-ish. Walk over to intercept and help some friends find their way to the train station by foot (not driving them since the meter showed 0,47 promilles).

Sunday: Wash 'n wax car. Fetch hungover brother and his dog. Cut grass. Grill meat. Play some Bang! with Ennio Morricone music blaring. Drive brother and dog home.

Not bad for a weekend's work.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Man... you guys had fun....

I had a concert with my band on Thurs. Started getting a really bad head cold Friday morning. Went to an open mic on Friday night at some Starbucks and found out that I was famous because people were asking to meet me/said they heard my CD.

Saturday, went to work and then over to this girl's house that I'm seriously crushing on. She had been in a car accident on Thursday and got a concussion so she was just having friends over. People hanging out, me dead tired and sick, and her being seriously sexy and clinging to me. It was awesome except for the being tired/sick part.

Today, went to work. Came back home and slept. Tomorrow I plan on calling up said girl and going out to lunch/dinner someplace.

Friday: Sin City @ friend's house, other friends came over after football game, good times. It's weird, two XGFs were there >_< and a girl who I'm currently [Schming]crushing on[/Schming]. 'Twas fun.

Saturday: Reading Wuthering Heights during the day, playing CS:S with my brother at night.

Sunday: Reading/Drawing during the day, went to Pappadeaux @ about 3 PM, now I'm, y'know. Doin' STUFF.

Monday: ???

Tuesday: Profit.

Far too much poker and pool on the weekend, not nearly enough sleep. Now it's back to work on Monday, yay!

I played an old fashion game of flip cup, completely destroyed, got ridiculously drunk, hulked out and lost all my friends. Great weekend.

This weekend has been mostly uneventful. I did talk to my GF on the phone for a couple of hours (she's in DC for the semester). We're having a BBQ tomorrow, so that'll be cool. I worked yesterday, made $150, so that was cool.

Nah, I disagree, what I saw on Saturday night, was something I wouldn't want to forget. ;) :D

I topped off the weekend by seeing the Transporter 2 lastnight with 3 other pals. Some cheesy action, but overall a ok action flick.

Damn work and the price of gas. I haven't hung out with friends since last night and before that, atleast a week or two. I go to a state school so most of my friends live 15-20 mins away.

Wrong kind of labor. Working kind of labor, not the political party.
