It's nearly time for my second exam of third yr uni - geotechnics (doing civil engineering).

3 hour beast covering Soil Mechanics, Settlement, Foundations, Geology, Slope Stability and Retaining Walls...

have to choose any 5 from 8 questions, and it's going to be *******-hard. I'll tell you all how it went this evening after I get back!

Urgh, I hate 3 hour exams, by the end of them your hand is so freaken tired from writing and your brain just sits there refusing to think.

Well, that wasn't the anal reaming I was expecting - I think I might've squeezed a first out of the first two questions, but only 2-2's out of the third fourth and fifth. All in all better than I was expecting, which means I can justify going to Dabs and buying myself that external CD burner my laptop needs!
