Inspired by this. It took a long time. I think I'm going to hang it on my wall.

This is what it looks like:

It's a 1.5 pt. font, which is at about the limit of visibility.

And unknown to all of mankind, pi equals out to the shade of gray.

Using a 12 pt font, that would take around 3,000 pieces of paper. Please say you didn't waste 3,000 pieces of paper printing out pi.

Incidentally, I could have done it in 30 sheets. But that would still be a lot of black ink.

Post the file so we can print it ourselves.

Where can I host the file? It's too big to be attached here; compression doesn't really work all that well on strings of random numbers.

It was with a 2 pt. font, printed all the way to the edges of the paper. It ate up a few pieces of paper.

I want a poster of that!

I like the idea. But I would add on something: print small different colored numbers that form an image.

I'm happy with the good old "3.14".

Sorry about the pop ups, it's a cheap site from long long ago and I needed something fast that could host a .htm file.

Actually, I usually go as far as 3.1415926535, though I often mix up the last four digits of even THAT.
