new season of family guy tomorrow

I just seen the advertisement.. Saying the new season starts tomorrow night..

Is this Season 5? Or a continuation of season 4? I don't get it..?

Yeah, those 5 'new episodes,' were those something like pilot episodes to test ratings or something? Or was that the mini season? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT FOX IS TRYING TO SAY!

From what I can understand, it's both. What would have been a regulal length season was split up into two, God knows why. It'll be called season five, even though it's kind of just continuing season four. Confusing.

They replaced it with a rerun because it references a hurricane.

Wow.. That's ridiculous. I feel bad for NO and the hurricane victims but people need to get over it just because of a little hurricane reference. It's not like the episode was dedicated to making fun of NO and hurricane victims. Then it would be resonable to do so.

Wow.

Fox isn't the only network that would do something like that.

Guys it's Fox.

[Edit:] Just read Yoshi's and the others post...we all think alike.

The thing is Seth wants to Family Guy to have it's flagship on Fox because they're paying more money to get the episodes first before Cartoon Network. They figure they'll bring in more of Cartoon Network's people that way by doing so, thus highering ratings... but I say just wait a week to see it on [adult swim]. Fox sucks.

Yes, this rumor is true of what Yoshi said. They replaced it with some reruns ("Peter Unintentionally Saves the Day" and "Chris is Hot For Teacher")...typical.

Well that just grinds my gears *snicker*

But, at least new episode of Simpsons is tomorrow!

See, shows start earlier without those damned Olympics!!!

It isn't just Fox. Didn't "Gangs of New York" have its release date pushed back like 8 months because it would have been released shortly after 9/11?

Somehow I think "Spiderman".
