I've had three bottles in the past couple of hours, and I'm sure I'm going to finish off my stock of 8 I have left. I bought some today because I'm really tired, but I need to stay up and finish homework. In any case, this being the first time I've had Bawls, I must say it is an astounding drink. Whoever hasn't yet had Bawls, needs to. Some may say that energy drinks such as Red Bull are better, but I say liquid caffiene in the form of Bawls > all energy drinks. I was so happy I found them at the local Schnuck's. $1.50 for a 10 oz bottle, but so totally worth it. Better than I would get at Thinkgeek anyway.

Post your favorite pick-me-up drinks, or just how much you love Bawls.

I buys it by the case. I must have about 50-60 empty bottles sitting on top of my armoire.

Monster is crap. Red Bull is good. Bawls is good, but it isn't OMFG AMAZING. Rockstar is awesome. Venom and Amp are gods among energy drinks. Boo-Koo is okay, but it comes in a 24oz can, and it's cheap.

I just finished bottle #7. Time for a lab write-up. Hurrah!

Yeah, because your tounge burned away from the horrible taste of it. Monster has nothing on Bawls, or any drink for that matter.

But Bawls isn't that great anyway, I think it tastes like flat sprite.

But free is free. (Yay, another case comes this month!)

Amp is a joke. It's got possibly the worst aftertaste I've ever experienced with anything. Even worse than that new gatorate answer.

Love Bawls (hell, they sell it at my college... though absolutely nobody knows how much it costs, as I was charge 5 differen't prices over the course of last week :confused: ).

Red bull sucks (tastes like Lucazade (SP? someone from the UK PLEASE correct me) with cough syrup in it). The So-Be energy drink prompted one of the managers at my work (Swiss Chalet side) to run for the nearest sink :D.

Bawls kicks ***. The only place I've found it locally so far is at a gaming place. Anyone know of a national chain that sells it? RITians, anywhere else besides Arena 51?

Ditto to the gaming place. They also collect all the empty bottles from all the gamers when they are done drinking em. They have like a thousand of the bottles all lines up all over the damn place, it looks so cool :)

I remember reading the back of a Red Bull, is says to drink no more then 2 a day. It would make sense that other energy drinks have a limit too, and yet it seems you people drink like 20 cans a day everyday. Can't be good for you in the long run!

I like the taste of Red Bull, its the only reason I buy it!

Not all energy drinks have health-warnings, as some of them use different kinds of caffine. Bawls uses Gurana (type of caffinated berry from the Amazon rainforrest), while Red Bull uses a type of synthetic caffine (which is so potent that it creates a massive blood-pressure jump (take this from a friend of mine who went through an entire case of Red Bull in under 20 minutes, had blood spray from his nose and passed out)). It takes several bottles of bawls to equal 1 can of Red Bull.

I actually heard it was the other way around...

Red Bull contains a different type of energy stuff that makes you feel like crap when you drink alot of them, but Bawls has on twice the average energy stuff than most energy drinks.

Gurana is 2.5 time more potent than an expresso bean. Unfortunately, i don't have info on any other drinks for comparison with the exception of personal experience: Bawls has the tendancy to ease my into conciousness for an hour and a half. Red Bull on the other hand, was like getting hit in the face with a caffine brick: i was jolted into conciousness, and stayed that way for a good 4 hours.

Water, juice, milk, and tea is about all I drink. If I'm really sleepy and need something to keep me going, I'll often drink 2-3 mugs of hot tea, which does the job just fine.

Bawls is overpriced under-flavored overated sugar water. I tried it once, I will never drink that crap again. It's SoBe for me. SoBe SoBe SoBe. Tea's not so bad either.

Somebody has a wierd sense of taste. The strongness is a nice kick in the face, and the actual taste itself (Sort of a sour green apple / gurana) is nice. The 'reduced carb' has a very weaker taste compared to the original if you're a sissy, but it still has the general gurana tang to it.

Rockstar tastes and looks like piss IMO, and you are so right about monster.

Rockstar looks like Red Bull which looks like piss...I'll give you that one. Rockstar also tastes kind of like redbull, except it has less 'bitterness' is the only way I can explain it. The best thing of all is, if you like redbull, you'll like Rockstar. Rockstar comes in a 16oz can and cost $2.00, where Redbull comes in an 8oz can and costs the same price. That is why I love Rockstar so much. It's a better tasting redbull that gives you more for your money.

Oh, and I am talking about the Rockstar Energy Drink, not the cola.

Not only do you have an overpriced CompUSA (in fact, I'd like to see pictures), that's no excuse considering it's CONSIDERABLY cheaper on the site.

I'm sorry, I lied....Afri-Cola is actually the best drink ever made. I had heard about it for ages, and I finnaly got a few bottles in Germany. This stuff is amazing.

Just so you know, it beats the crap out of the crappy 'caffeine filled' american drinks.

Afri-Cola: 250mg of caffeine
Mountain Dew: 55.5mg of caffeine
Coca-Cola classic: 34.5mg of caffeine

I don't drink drinks for their caffeine contents. Not even Bawls. Bawls is packaging and smooth deliverance. I drink Pepsi because it tastes like liquid awesome.
