That's BS CadetLee, they're both about even. The mods have NEVER ripped anyone off, whatever you heard is incorrect. I've been frequenting there for a few years now, even used it to build the barebones of my PC currently. Buck also uses it frequently. Highly reputable and the only ripoffs come from high dollar, new items and it's been months since I've even seen a scam, much less one that anyone didn't take seriously/get their money back from (years).

Let's see, I've got:

-A P3 Slot 1 MB w/chip 600mhz
-A 2ghz Althon XP/Mb combo --emits a high pitched beep -- dunno if it's the board or chip
-Lots of power supplies
-A few cases

Anything I've got laying around is going to be ~800MHz Celerons. Upgraded a bunch of machines at work to Athlon64s and I have all the extra stuff laying around. If anyone needs any of it, just to play around with linux or make a file server out of, let me know.

Is the XP / Mobo combo working and just emits a beep, or is it not working and just emits a beep?

I'm pretty sure it's an overheat beep. So either the motherboard is getting hot somewhere before the chip, or the chip is fried. Most likely the latter.

NoESC--I'm interested in those 800 celerons... How much for one, and do you have a board for it?

Actually, if they're in Dual Channel you're getting double the bandwidth, so you'd effectively have a better than 512mb of PC3200 dual channel setup. However, 768 or, if you have 3 slots, 1gb of memory would nullify that anyways. :p
