It's called Covert Operatives, and it uses gi joe figures as the characters (but not their original identities, he's invented his own names for them). Have a look, it made me laugh, sets were well done, and animation was funny. But I'm warning you, there's a lot of graphic toy violence and blood, and a few choice words, so WATCH OUT F***ERS!

Animation sucked, voice acting sucked, special effects were okay, and the story sucked.

It sounds like you're reviewing it as though it's trying to be serious, which it clearly isn't. For me it was good for a bit of a laugh.
