Where do you stand on the new consoles?

I've been back and forth. At first I was Hardcore Revolution, then I saw the PS3 and kind of wet my pants..now I'm back to Revolution.

[Incase you don't get how the poll works...

Revolution to Playstation 3 = I supported the Revolution, but now I support the PS3.

Etc...]

Considering the game series I am looking forward to continue will most likely appear on PS3, I guess my vote goes to it. But at the moment I'm not planning to buy any of them.

For some reason, i had not seen this before. Holy crap that's great, Nintendo is a master of advertising.

Oh, and Revolution all the way! (i was before the commercial, that jsut got me excited)

I find the XBox 360 to be the easiest to stand on, but the PS3 is not much harder. Though, I haven't seen a Nintendo revolution yet, but judging from the design of the controller, my guess is the Revolution will be the hardest to stand on.

(Don't even ask me about standing on PC's. Bad experiences)

Revolution for sure.

I don't play games as much as I used too since nothing really grabs me anymore. Even the online sensation of playing other people is fading. Nintendo is trying something new and that could really be fun and different. I applaud them for that, and thus I see myself getting a Revolution

Well actually, we're not sure about the better graphics part just yet. Some people are saying the XB360 might match, or even trump it graphically...but yeah, I think it has the best game line-up.

I'm not sure, really. PS3 and Rev seem the most likely to be purchased...probably Rev because I'm not willing to pay 400 for a console when I have a computer I droped 1700 on ready to be used. I'd just buy comp games.

Yeah, that sounds like the smartest approach to it. Buy computer games. It's just I'm too impatient for GTA:SA :(

None until they come down a good $100-200 in price, then most definitely the PlayStation 3.

IMO the PSX and PS2 had the most attractive exclusive games. Also a few of my friends will inevitably buy a PS3, hence instantly tripling my games library.

The same as the last set of consoles. I won't really buy any unless the xbox turns out to be really cool.

Yeah. I was just more or less taking into consideration the fact that the PS3 has a whole year almost longer in development than the Xbox360, they're bound to make some changes during that time..hopefully.

I can't wait to get my hands on the PS3 games though...Final Fantasy...MGS4...I can't wait.

My brother will buy a PS3 for certain, so for me the choice is between Revolution and the 360. To be honest the 360 appeals to me more than the Revolution at this point, but it's way to expensive for me to consider buying. So I'm stuck at the moment =/ Maybe I'll just take my brother's PS2 and expand my gaming that way, since he won't be using it :o

I chose Revolution because of the originality/attempt at new game play, and admittedly because I'm more inclined to play Nintendo games in general.

Still, if I wasn't poor, I wouldn't mind a PS3 or X-box 360, though I wouldn't mind a Dreamcast either, or Genesis, or any other system...

For me, it'll will really depend what plays the game I like the best. I loved the PS2, so I guess I'm leaning that way.

Kind of like how GTA was multiplatform. It takes them forever to get the other versions out. And 3 still isn't out on anything but the PS2.
