I just need something like Ripway but Ripway's links to files aren't working, and so I can't upload to there. I only need about 20 or 30 megs, and it HAS. TO. BE. FREE. and I'd like the maximum file size to be atleast 5 megs. Anyone know of any places? Thanks!

I'd help you out, but I just closed free hosting when I began charging everyone for my service. (It wouldn't really be fair to them :p )

You're more than willing to buy hosting from me, though. $5 a month gets you a helluva lot more than that place could ever offer.

OR you can hit up one of my hosted folk and see if they'll host you for free :p

CM..I'd go for your 5$ thing except A: I don't need it for a website, just hosting files B: Don't know how to do anything in HTML and C: Don't really want to spend 5$ a month on it, although that is an EXTREMELY good deal.

How reliable would you need it to be? Myself or some other Massassians could probably give you some space.

I mean it's hosted on my personal computer, so there would be occasional reboots. Or there could be catastrophic failure. Obviously I don't want that to happen but I'm not running a real server. Your data would be pretty safe but *never* delete your own backups.

I'll host, I'm on CM's server. I just want to know what it is before I host it. If it's some random stupid crap, than no.

Kirby, they'll be pictures/video files/word files for the most part, mostly pictures and some word files. Nothing that I absolutely need to have put online, it's not like a website or anything. Let's converse about it on MSN

A. You don't need to run a site.
B. Same applies. I could care less what you do with it, you don't need HTML knowledge to upload a few files or anything.
C. That's a personal issue :D
