Two 6800GT's isn't so impressive, considering you can get 1 7800GTX for less that outperforms them anyways (and has TSAA). Sorry to burst your bubble, Dredd, but it just isn't so awe-inspiring anymore...that's the price we PC enthusiasts pay.

AMD Athlon 64 3700... it's OC'd to something better... I forget
512MB Ram :(
ATi Radeon x800 PCI-e

Those are really the only ones important to me...

This winter I'm upgrading to dual 3700's with water cooling, or 6 to 8 gigs of ram.

Or both.

Possibly another graphics card thrown into the mix as well...

Get a Crossfire setup, get an AMD X2, and...though it's pointless to get anything past 2, really, Windows can only handle I think 4 gigs of RAM?

AMD FX-55 San Diego core, overclocked to FX-57 just to say I can.

1 6800GT vid card though, i dont need serious graphics power anymore.

2GB RAM (Cause I need it for the video and modeling)

Dual Viewsonic monitors (CRT + LCD)

Onboard sound, my SB Live! blew up on me. Newegg is shipping a Audigy2 atm.

And a bunch of other stuff I don't feel like posting.

I think it's one of those planning for the future things.

It also supports like 16 terabytes of virtual memory...

It had to be one of those things where they were sitting around like "heh... let's see if they can max THIS os out in the next 3 years."
