why not just lose some weight and buy trousers that dont cut off the blood supply?

FATTIES

heh, seriously though, i wouldnt be surprised if anyone from that 9% of that clinically obese number sued a chair company, simply because that company didnt expect a hippo to use their seat.

its called a gym, make friends with it.
2005-10-05, 10:15 AM #4
In some cases you don't even need a gym. Eating right will trim a good 10-20 pounds off within a few months. Why would fat people wear tight pants anyway?

maybe they could buy some tent sized trousers for their tent sized arses?

It's fake. The screen cracking on the nano was blamed on a vendor defect in the plastic.

Pfft, way to read the comments on the story and ruin the fun. I still wouldn't doubt it happening though.

Comments? Um, I've been investigating the nano because I just bought one and the screen is already all scratched up...Apple is doing a replacement program for the nanos with the cracking defect but they refuse to acknowledge that the nano scratches easily.

This is a fake news story. The cracking was blamed on the a vendor making inferior screens - not fat people.

It's true. It's absolutely disgusting to go abroad, see little to no obese people. Get back to America and you're just overwhelmed with fatness.

Seriously, people who are overweight should just be hooked up to machines that pump their extra fat out to make fuel for my car.

The last census said we have 300,000,000 living in these United States. You are claiming that 270,000,000 or roughly 90% of the U.S. is fat?

There's a difference between overweight and obese. For instance, a 6 foot tall human male should weigh 165 lbs. If he weighs a 170 lbs, he is overweight, although noone (except bullimics) would call him fat.
2005-10-05, 11:47 AM #20
I'm underweight, so I'm creating an opening for any one of you to be slightly overweight and still keep the same average. Next person to post gets it.

I think they cry foul whenever someone discriminates against fat people. Or says something bad about fat people. Get over it, you're fat, you're disgusting and my taxmoney goes to help support your fattitude when you collapse on the pavement and have to be put up in the hospital for 3 weeks.

The only clinical terms are "overweight" and "obese". Helle was trying to say that it doesn't take much to be clinically overweight.

So, like, if some fat dude can't fit through the door to his house, they sue the people who built the house?

160 lbs. used to be only 140. Then i started working out and drinking alcohol. Seriously, if you want to gain 20 lbs... drink beer. :D Still trying to gain another 10 lbs or so, and then I'll be happy... long as it's muscle not fat.

I think alot of people here are mixing up overwight and obese. Theres a huge difference (pun intended).

And alot of people overlook that people have different body sizes. For instance, I am a big person, and not just in weight, I have broad sholders, a big chest, thick arms, big hands and fingers, ect. and no ammount of exersize will EVER make any of that go away. I will proably never weigh under 190 - 200 lbs simply bevcause of my body size. The government says that at my height and age, I should be in the mid hundreds or so, and because I am not, I am technically an overweight person, but I am not some tub of lard. I can run, jump, even climb trees *gasp*.

But I am in no way defending fat people. I am overwight, even for my size, and I should get more exercise, Which I have been doing, and this applies to all fat people. It just seemed that alot of people think of some huge person who eats at McDonalds every day the second they hear "overweight".
The tired anthem of a loser and a hypocrite.

When people start admitting they're fat, it's not half as funny to make fun of fat people...

But that would be so funny if Apple really had said that. I'd have been in stitches for hours. Days maybe.

"Apple gave out a statement today blaming fat people for the cracks in several Ipod Nano screens. Apple did not specify an average weight limit on the Nano, but did comfirm rumours that wearing tight pants, increases the tension in the display."

:D
