I found something on my doorstep

I got back from running an errand, and found a large package on my porch today. It had my address on it, but my girlfriend's name as the recipient. It had an amazon.com label for the return address. I didn't open it, but called her and told her I had a package for her. She told me to open it.

I opened it, and got the best gift ever:
