Seriously, I need some good ol' Massassi vibes. My band is doing this competition thing and the winner gets some serious cheese and is basically the new cool thing for Atlanta. We've made it to round three, which is tonight, and we're up against this other band who's pretty much awesome and whoever wins will probably win the competition because the other bands pretty much don't have "it", you know?

But... I've got a really really bad sore throat today and I've been doing all the old remedies like gargling salty warm water and drinking massive amounts of tea and **** and it's just not helping. I'm nervous cause I don't want to be the weak link that lets the band down.

I mean, even if we lose, we've made some seriously awesome industry contacts this week, so it's not that big of a deal, but it would be nice to win.

psh, my voice was crap tonight. we lost, but we did really well and the other band was like "dude, we got lucky" and i was like "ya you did you mother****ers" but i had fun... too many newcastles.
