Recording JK moments

Hi!
When ever I've been making a Mod, and wish to edit the JK UI Strings, just to be funny, I have found the words (if I remember corectly) Recordings or Record among the Single Player menu strings like Load and Debug. I'm just wondering, is there a way to record my moments like when you record a 'Demo' for JO?

errr........ you mean like record a video. You can use fraps. I don't have a link now, so you'll have to google it.

There's a bunch of stuff in there, like team-specific chat. Doubt most of it was implemented.

I have Fraps, but that's not the point. I'm talking about in jkstrings.uni in ui there is something like:

Could this mean that I can make little tape files that record actions onto a log file and then spread it to others to see me frag some folks?

Not unless there is a command line switch that has been missed regarding recording demos. I'm 99% sure that it was a feature that was either taken out, or never implimented.

mrh, if it's not on JKspecs, i don't think you'll find it anywhere.

The JKSpecs are pretty dated, at this point. Alot has been discovered since the JKspecs were written.

But I doubt that it would have gone unfound for this long if it was in there.

It's like the driving level in MotS and the 'hidden' gun in JK (repp.3do), They were made but never implemented in the game. MotS has the recording implimented, add -record in the command line and it takes a screenshot every second or so, but can take up tons of memory fast.
