I was just mindlessly wondering: How exactly does one become a Moderator/Admin.? And what is the difference?

[edit] I'm not asking to be either, or even hinting to it, btw.

I had always assumed that you had to be a respected member of the Massassi community to get Mod status. That or gave Brian a lot of money.

A mod can close/delete/edit topics in the forum they are moderator of. An admin can close/delete/edit on all forums and ban, etc, etc.
