It reads like an editorial. It's too opinionanted. China has very strict internet use laws, and the guy violated them. While it sucks, that's the ay China is. Rather than blame Yahoo for giving up the guy's name, people should be up in arms about China and it;s lack of privacy protection for its citizens.

That's kind of beside the point. I'm as pro-market as anyone here, but it was Yahoo's capitalistic desire for a larger market share in China that caused them to give up the information.

It was more likely Chinese law. Of course that the companies will go in despite the Chinese Government also says something.
