I haven't used it. Looking through their online examples, it appears to be really heavy and over-complicated. And in their examples, they're still using embedded HTML (as opposed to a template engine or something). I would stick with something much simpler. It's hard for me to recommend for PHP, though. I have written my own framework based on perl's excellent CGI::Application. Nice and straightfoward, doesn't get in the way, etc. Keep looking, do some comparisons for yourself.
