my neck hurts also. and it sucks. i think its from slouching in my chair with my guitar with my neck taking all the wait from the strap.

i have back problems, which cause stiffness in my neck and shoulders, causing Headaches and Migrines 60% of my waking hours.

I also have what could be diabetes or something related, my body is always tired and dehydrated no matter how much I drink or eat.
