How many of you read the game "Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest" as Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest" and thus missed out on the huge title pun of "Kongquest" or conquest?

I just found out today... my life is now a lie :(

Damn it, I never caught that.

I've spent so much time playing DKC2. :(

*hums the music that was played on the first level*

DK2's music kicked anus. Did anyone get into The Lost World?

Cheap Plug: www.vgmusic.com - you can get all the music there, and for other games.. most actually. All in midis, but phh - who cares?

ANYWAY back to the subject. Yeah I did! Back when I was thinking of good names to call my single player levels I used to look at all my other games and see what they had done with their titles, and noticed it then.

Good post.. yes..

Although, I've made an equally crap post with this. I'll make up for it by reminding everyone of that Ronnie Barker sketch with the "Four Candles" - "Fork Handles" gag. Classic. This thread reminds me of that.

DKC2 had so much stuff to find, like those damn DK coins. Damn them to hell.

Man, me and a friend wasted most of our childhood on those damn Donkey Kong games. Especially the second and third one.

Now that I know this, I can die happy.
I bet you think that's funny, don't you.

Holy crap, I NEVER noticed that.
And I was a hardcore fan of "Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest."

Wow.

Yet another piece of my mental puzzle just fell into place. Thankyou... seriously.
