Some of you may remember my thread about getting an MIP a while back. Anyway, I did the defer to judification thing where you pay this fine, do some community service and it gets wiped off your record. So anyway... what would happen say if I didn't do my community service or take my class?

All the requirements have to be done by June 15th. I'm on vacation for a whole week from the 8th to the 14th, and I just don't have much time left to do the community service and the class I gotta take. So would it just be not wiped off my record, or would I have to do some other ****?

I'm pretty sure it'd revert to the original sentencing.

May also get some other sort of charge for breaking probation or whatver, though that's probably more for parole i suppose.

I would highly recommend getting in touch with a DA or something to inquire, as i obviously can't tell you the details.

You don't want to skip that. It will go on your record and you may have to pay court administration fees. Your best bet is to work your *** off before the 8th so you can get the community service done. BITE THE BULLET - just do it, don't mess around with this crap, it can follow you around for a really long time.
