Does anyone here by know how to censor an object using windows movie maker (perferably) or adobe premire/aftereffects.

Well using your illegal copy of After Effects:

- Load your clip into the timeline
- Duplicate it (Ctrl-D)
- Apply a mosaic filter (or whatever you want, maybe a gaussian blur)
- Using the pen tool create a mask for the area you want to keep
- Click on the little clock so it's keyframed
- Make any minor adjustments to the shape as the clip goes on, After Effects will interpolate between your keyframes

Dunno about Windows Movie Maker or Premier.
