Well, it seems (from what little data we have; I know this is not statistically significant at all) that liberals and anarchists are more inclined to scrunch rather than fold; while conservatives and moderates are split more evenly.

Jon'C is right. If you have taken economics, you would know that :). Read about the "Super Bowl Effect" (when the NFC loses, the dow jones does well, or something like that).

Coincidence is not correlation :). You need theory.

But for the sake of the poll, kyle90's conclusions seem to be right.

And god damn, it's actually pretty close. Five or so of the options are dead even at 12 or 13 votes each.

I am conservative, but my TP practices aren't as clear cut. I will fold first once. If the folded formation is reasonably reusable, I will scrunch/fold again.
