Tis has always been my dream to own my own island in the south pacific. Perferably larger then that picture but about 1/4 the size of hawaii.

I would then start my own country under a monarchy government, and own civilization from scratch, no modern day technologies would be used, only island resources.

And of course i would be the king of that monarchy.
