Heard this from a friend over IM. I laughed my *** off.

Donald Rumsfield comes into the room. "Mr. President," he says, "we've just received word that 3 Brazilian soldiers have died."

"Oh, no!" Bush cries. He puts his head in his hands, obviously distressed. The cabinet, surprised at his distress, wait for him to speak.

A few minutes pass, and Bush looks up again. "Okay," he says, taking a deep breath, "exactly how many is a brazilian?"
