Seriously, I've read this book 20 times at least, and it never gets old. It's such a great book, and is way too short. It's got great plot and character development, it details the BattleTech world nicely, and is a great read. Pick it up if you ever have the chance.

Personally, I thought the Blood if Kerensky, or Warrior series were better, mainly because of how Stackpole writes, Pardon isn't horribly, but I like seeing people reading all the other people out there that have done Battletech. I haven't gotten a chance to read any of the Dark Age stuff yet, even though most of them are in this room with me. I liked the Twilight of the Clan series, it was good, READ MORE OF THEM

I've only played the games. Mechwarrior 2: mercenaries Titanium edition is still one of my favourites.
