TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

Physical exercise helps your mind. A lot. I just got home back after training, and I feel absolutely great. Very relaxed. Also helps stress. Not that I was stressed, but still. It's very interesting how our mind works, is it not?

I sleep better after I physically exert myself.

That's why I work out in the mornings before work. I come to work feeling relaxed, fresh and clear minded. It's definitely psychological but it's also physical - excercise jump starts your metabolism and shakes off all the sleep hormones that usually linger on till around 11.

Of course, the downside is that after lunch I can barely keep my eyes open.

Except when you're on a deadline and end up staying till 10 PM because you wasted the afternoon.
