Anyway, that's not exactly the point of thread. When I was in SuperCuts, I noticed a sign on the wall that reads, if I remember correctly, "If we don't ask you for shampoo service, you get the haircut FREE!" It's an odd policy. But, during my whole visit there, my barber never once asked me if I wanted a shampoo service. She probably forgot or it slipped her mind. I didn't mention it and paid for the cut because that's the typeof guy I am.
Would you take advantage of that policy if this was your case? You can't argue a clear store policy pinned on the wall.
