Sexual Harassment is only in relation to the workplace. If you WORK with her, then that could be an issue. If not, there's not much you can do. You are free to tell her whatever you want (unless you threaten to kill her, but even then, I think they have to prove that you actually meant it [like you had it planned out and had weapons ready, etc.]). Sending an email with fake headers is not illegal UNLESS you are sending it for commercial purposes (like to make a profit) AND you are in a state in which its illegal.
You may have possibly broken your school's code of conduct, in which case they could suspend you or ban you from the lab. Big deal.
I doubt anyone would actually take you to court for this, so stop worrying. If they do, yeah, plead not guilty, get a copy of every law they're charging you with breaking, and make sure you actually did what they are charging you with.
Finally, KNOCK THAT CRAP OFF. There is nothing to be gained from "jokes" like that: they aren't funny. Just leave people alone and be nice. If you don't like them or something, just ignore them, don't bother with petty, childish crap (even if you are a child).
