No the modding community isn't quite dead yet. There is still one mod that I'm eagerly awaiting for and that is the Real World. They just released a kung fu beta mod today. It is a preview of the kung fu system they will be using. I highly recommend owners of Max Payne to check it out. What set this apart from other kung fu mods is that you can now block and create combos of your owns.

It's a shame there aren't any kung fu mods fos Max Payne 2, although I can't imagine they'd be hard to port considering it's the same engine.

There is one kung fu mod for Max Payne 2 though it's not as robust.

The Hall of mirrors mod looked so wicked sweet. Man, I remember the old days of waiting on Kenny to release his version of the kung fu. When people saw wallrunning, I was so happy.

Last I checked of the Hall of Mirrors mod, the release date is toward the beginning of December or so.
