We took my cat pixel for a checkup to the vet yesterday, (after she managed to get out of it last week by hiding/staying cool under the neighbours veranda :) ), her blood test returned a strong positive for FIV. However, it would have been a miricle if she had come back negative seeing as her medical record comrises mainly of "possible cat fight" and other things related to those fights.

anyway, give me some sympathy for my cat and post some things about your own pets.

kinda hard when we dont have a gate and city planning laws prevent regular houses from having front fences (make the city look more open), and cats are much easier to take care of than dogs, and they are cleaner and quieter as well.

My eldest cat is diabetic, we have to give her a shot of insulin every morning. I'm worried about her kidneys now too, as she's still drinking and peeing profusely even with the insulin. Considering we're moving to a whole new city in a couple of months, I'm getting pretty scared she won't make it :(

Good luck to yours

I have no pets.

And when I first read that I thought you said FEV. Super mutant kitties. :(
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

Why the hell do you have to be so bastardly about someone liking cats more than dogs? geeze.

my drummer has the most awesome cat ever. he's just so social, you can do anything with him and he'll never get pissed off.

don't bring him near kids though... he hates'em

Apparently they can't...

Anyways, that sucks that your cat has that. Although I'm more fond of dogs, I still like cats. Best wishes to you and your cat.

We just got a new kitty three weeks ago. :D The little guy is adorable, he looks just like 'Pixel' in the first post, except younger, a lighter tone of gray, and has bright yellow eyes rather than green. His name is Finn. He's sitting in my lap purring right now. :D
DO NOT WANT.
