I'm confused... yet excited.

My guess is that the drunk driver kills Sarah (daughter), and Sam goes Ape-s**t.

I was thinking more like Sarah's death leaves Sam nothing to lose, tries to get deep into some crime/terrorist organization by proving his worth through these acts of crime...or he really really wants into a federal prison for some reason...
