lets say... i make a nice block that is a motion tween and move into the screen. Then a blue filling is coming in too. Then i want it to dissolve into a picture

...until here it works...

Now. How to let the picture dissolves continusley into a picture, then a color, then a picture, then a color, then a picture, then a color, then a picture, then a color, then a picture, then a color, then a picture, then a color, etc.

Without let the motion tween start all over

Hmm.... sounds like you might want to try messing with the alpha values. Try making the color tween it's alpha from 100 to 0 to fade it out while at the same time fade in the picture from alpha 0 to alpha 100. You can mess with alpha for a symbol under the "effects" tab.
