Well.. this is Indeed a tough one.. it would have been easier if you had specified WHICH Han we are dealing with here.. is this the scandulas Han that shoots greedo first? Or the NEW friendly Han that waits for an attack before shooting...

Old Han or Indy = Old Han, cause he would shoot Indy when he wasn't expecting it...

New Han or Indy = Indy, cause New han waits for the other person to make a move, and Indy would never miss.
