I need to get a webcam [2, actually] with the intentions conferencing, image quality and FPS. However, it doesn't need to be a digital camera and it doesn't need to be wireless and it doesn't need to have anything special.

I like this one, but I'm not sure, it's REALLY cheap.

Let me know what works, because I have a logitech QuickCam Messenger and damn the picture quality sucked, and when I tried using it online, it was all sluggish. I'm pretty sure it isn't my videocard, but I could be wrong.

I'm looking at this one now. Newegg is a doll about shipping [Free!?] so it's only 10 dollars more than the one I posted at the beginning for a lot more. Any ideas?
