Since quake 3 engine code has been released I just wished Raven would release the JO and JA engine code. No word on either a new DF game or bf2 modding tools.

IMO, I think the DF series is dead because of the lackluster work on JO and JA. If LA decides to make another Star Wars FPS, I doubt it'll be based on the DF series.

Has anyone tried the Battlefront I editing tools? I guess they could release tools for BFII at some point though.

I don't know about BF modding tools, as I never played the game, but there are no rumors of any potential next DF or JK game after JA. Unfortunately, the series has been f***ed up enough with JO and JA to basically end the series. The series pretty much ended for me at MotS, that last installment that was worthy.

Some people on the Jedi Academy forum at Lucasforums continually post threads asking of a JK4. Now the moderators actually close up the threads because it keeps coming up.
