Ok so i went to [url]www.the-underdogs.org[/url] and found that they STILL haven't been up dated and i figured "If we can have a free games topic why not an abandonware one?" and so here we are. Post any good abandonware sites you know of

Abandonware is still a heavy grey area in piracy and legality. Transport Tycoon is currently, I believe, owned by no-one. That is, some company probably owns it and probably doesn't realise it, what with mergers, takeovers and the like. The guys that are making their own engine have a lot of discussions about working with the original source code, which would be illegal, but it seems no company has any responsibility for it. Which means they could, potentially, get off scott free.

The older games were the best, anyway. Cannon Fodder, Syndicate, etc....

Check your bargain bins and try googling alot of online retailers have old games they have never gotten rid of.

Ok ill try that. But still back on topic please. The'll be another thread for finding BUYABLE games im looking foor abondonware right now.
