OK!!!

This thread isn't some sort of political agenda, its more important.

My two items:

SNES
King of the Hill

An amazing games console and an amazing cartoon that people do not discuss enough.

As fas as i'm concerned, the SNES is the greatest games console available, not a single thing will beat it in terms of obsessive gaming prowess (I play WoW).

As fas as King of the Hill goes... ****ing hilarious. Extremely underrated, every episode gets a good laugh out of me every minute or so (the best episodes I don't stop laughing).

So... the point of this thread... talk about the things you love that nobody seems to mention!

I never really liked King of the Hill.. Hank always got on my nerves.

People didnt give enough credit to Arrested Development, that show was great, and they took it off the air

at the moment i only have about 9 carts, some of them are crappy platformers, good games i have are: Ultimate MK3, Mario Allstars, Super Mario World and Star Wing.

I need to get Mario Kart but its about £25 boxed with a manual.

SNES is still cool.

King of the Hill has some funny stuff but for awhile there it was only "how retarded can we make Bobby in this episode?" This last season is pretty good though.

Is Luanne gone though? I've only seen a few episodes from this season and haven't caught the last seasons, so did they axe her character? Gotta say it's at least better without her.

I really liked "The PJ's", that claymation show with Eddie Murphy, where he was the super at a building in the projects.

I was quite disappointed when it failed :(
2005-12-02, 7:36 PM #13
yeah i liked that, it was on TV really late here about a year ago, Thurgood and the fat kid were my favourite characters.

You know what I miss?

Regular, non NGE, non CU SWG.

Back with my guild on Scylla, taking down Krayt Dragons, oh man. It did not get any better then that.

EXCEPT for WoW, of course.

Earthbound is the best RPG for any system.

Space Ghost Coast to Coast needs to stay on TV. Adult Swim wouldn't even be around without it.

The Burger King Star Wars watches are awesome.

I've only seen that show twice, but I agree that it's a great show. I saw them interview Thom Yorke, and it was hilarious.

Angry Beavers had their moments [Some that made me laugh until it hurt], but the noir and cult-classicness of RML far outweighs Angry Beavers.

Yeah, RML is actually better than Angry Beavers but in my opinion they're so close I tie them. Both had their moments, but RML had more...so yeah, RML > AB, but well...WRAAA.

Rocko is awesome.

...no

Angry Beavers was ridiculous in the fact that it created its own vocabulary and scene which mocked the world as it is. Rocko's Modern Life was British humor with a sick twist--one that I'm surprised Nintendo showed.

I lived for Angry Beavers. Rocko's Modern Life was something I watched if it was on.

Both were classic cartoons. Favorite episodes...

Rocko's Modern Life - Wacky Deli 1 + 2. Such a classic episode. Also, there was another great episode that I forget the name of, bu it was about Mr. Bighead at the golf course and a Darth Vader like character. Awesome stuff....

Angry Beavers - The one where the family thinks they are dogs and makes them part of the family. My other one is "Beaver Fever". The disco song is great!
