I'm also going to have to go with chicken. Turkey is good, but chicken is far more versatile. You don't see anyone selling "turkey nuggets" or "Kentucky Fried Turkey"... and if you did, you'd feel - in a way- cheated because the chicken was replaced with turkey.

Chicken. You can bake it, smoke it, fry it, do ANYTHING to it and it'll be good. How many times do you hear of fried turkey? It's always chicken.

Oh, and chicken is a little better tasting in my opinion.

LIES. Every time I say turkey is dry, someone uses that line (I've had this argument a few times.). Yet every time I've had [mom/grandma/other family member adept at cooking]'s turkey it has been dry and bland.
