New Titanic sinking theory?

Apparently it broke into three parts, not just two as everybody had thought before.

ummm... this theory is old, like 1999 old.

this was around back when discovery did their live broadcasst of the raising of a piece of the titanic's hull.

but still, yeah, interesting.

Now James Cameron is going to have to remake the movie!

Mr. Ballard sounds somewhat acrimonious.

who can be replaced with Pierce Brosnan, his age be damned.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Lassev: I guess there was something captivating in savagery, because I liked it.

I'm sure that's why it's dated 12/05/05.

Also, Ballard seems kinda pissed.

i am only saying the three piece theory is old. There was a documentary ages ago that stated that there was propably a much smaller third section. They even fiund a boiler that had a big piece of hull over it using radar a while ago.

As much as I despise alpha, he's right. Sorry, I heard about this when I was in middle school.

With more dewbacks, witty robots, a new Ewok song and Jack replaced by a younger person for the scene after the old chick dies because Jack really died years before he froze.

Yeah.

"I'M THE KING OF THE WOOOOORLLLDDD!!" - Pierce

"Good bye, mister Bond." - Mad scientist as he activates the giant mechanical iceberg shipcrusher.

...wouldn't that stop Bond dieing due to iceberg related mishaps?
nope.

Alpha is absolutely right. I have books from several years ago which state this theory.

Ballard's comments at the end of the article really shock me. He certainly didn't anything to that degree when he discovered the sunken ship.

He's just still mad because he really went there to prove aliens had stolen the titanic, but he found a wreckage, disproving his beliefs. He's been PMSing since.

You guys misunderstand, of course they had the theory before but now they have proof.
2005-12-06, 1:40 PM #26
This is obviously totally 100% with out a doubt absolutely USELESS INFORMATION. Honestly... it was bad enough they made a movie.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Scientific Method:

1. Observation inspires a hypothesis
2. Evidence ("proof") supports hypothesis
3. Multiple hypotheses become theory

Scientific Theories aren't just random ideas. They're formulated.

Right. It couldn't possibly be that actual history is more interesting than a Hollywood movie.
