how do you save webpages or dreamwaver 2004. because when i go to save as in file save as it saves it but not the pictures and stuff. All it does is save the webpage so when i click on it it is one of those error pages.

umm, it problly depends greatly on what browser you use. try arciving a page.

When you save a website it only saves the HTML. I'm not sure if there IS a browser that will save all the pictures the page links to... Sorry, but you're probably going to have to save them manually :x

Erm.. In IE go to file > save as or firefox File > Save Page as.

However, he was asking about dreamweaver. Not a broweser.

Generally it's best to save the web page before you put the images onto it then put the images into the same directroy.

Not relating to Dreamweaver, but...

If you want to save EVERYTHING on the page, in ANY browser, far as I know, File/Save Page As/ and then tell it Complete Web Page. Firefox will throw the HTML where you saved it, along with a folder that contains all the images etc. on the page.
