Sold her...
2004-06-04, 6:26 PM #1
Well, after 2 and a half years with my 98 Integra, it was finally time to let her be with a new owner.

I sold it today and was very sad. But makes my wallet happy.

My next purchase is a Turbo'd Del Sol that a very good friend of mine put long hard hours into. After dyno tuning the delly should push 350, cause any Honda with more than that has serious traction issues :P

seriously,
The IRS embodies everything that is wrong with america. They are little more than an unnecessarty government parasite leeching away at honest people's earnings. I would rather see the IRS abolished and have a higher flat sales tax than an income tax. Better yet, things should be run more from the state level than the federal level.

Z@NARDI: BTW, nice car.

meh, I agree about the TVs. Some people can barely drive as it is, the last thing they need is another distraction.

Um, it's because the IRS exists that I'm able to essentially get a refund from them from where they took too much out of my check. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't get a return every year...

I'm afraid he can't drive it. See, with all the money he spent on outfitting it with all the periferals, he is now unable to pay for fuel. So now it sits dormant on the side of the road, so he can lean on the front and try to look cool to the people that drive past in their standard, although moving, vehicles.

Isn't it wonderful to make everyone that lives in 9 square blocks want to take a crowbar to your car that you spent so much money on?

Yes, I just LOVE being forced to listen to what ever you choose to put on your radio. Which will probably be some god awful rap with the bass turned up so damn loud that the car VIBRATES.

Why?

This is what I do not understand about some of the driving laws. It is illegal to listen to a walkman with headphones while you are in the car. Why? Becuase you can't hear what is going on around you. Why isn't it illegal to listen to your car radio with the bass turned up that loud? You sure as hell can't hear what goes on around you, and it causes a major freaking distraction. Not to mention the fact that you will go DEAF very quickly.

It isn't cool and wish people would stop doing it.

That's why I love driving around with my bandmembers, whenever we need to go somewhere, just cram up the volume with the heaviest possible black metal music we have on CD. They force us to listen to their ****, then we re-educate them into good music.
