So, I spotted this same ad six months ago. I see it six months later, and look to see if they've fixed the spelling errors since then. Nope. There are three. See if you can find them.

They aren't spelling errors. They're spacing due to the size constraint of the ad. There is, however, an unnecessary semicolon in there. :)

I think that's just a comma and a piece of dirt. But yeah, it still shouldn't be there. :p

Working at McDonalds, I'm suprised that they can make it that far.

No they don't, they mean "We specialize in flexible scheduling," (note the space between in and flexible)

Considering that most fast food chains are mostly made up of Mexicans (at least where I live) who most likely don't know English very well, I can see the humor in what you said.
